In India, food-wasting is a big issue. What occasion it may be, either a marriage ceremony or a rice ceremony there is always delicious food. But on these occasions, food is made more than required. And that is why a huge amount of food gets wasted. On the contrary, In India there are many people, dying out of hunger. They do not get a one-time meal per day properly. So Rising Youth Society is organizing mobile food banking for the poor and downtrodden people. In this project, we take the fresh extra food from any occasions, parties, or gatherings, and then we hygienically pack the food and then we deliver the food to needy people. This is how we can feed some needy people.
Disaster & Emergency Management
Disaster and Emergency Management- When nature decides to show how cruel it can be no one can prevent it. In 2020 people’s lives of the whole world has been altered in both enormous and small way due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The people have faced a lot during this period. Not only health crises, but they have also gone through the financial crisis, unemployment, and starvation. In this situation, the Rising Youth Society supported people to recover from their situation. We distributed dry rations to needy people. Migrant labor got hygiene kits. Health check-ups and medicines were provided to needy people. In the same way, we help people when a flood comes, an earthquake comes, or any other natural calamity comes. Our NGO is always there by needy people’s side for any type of emergency service.
Cremation Support
In covid days, we all know how we have lost our dear ones to an unexpected deadly disease. But more painful than this is not doing any type of cremation work of the dead people. As the coronavirus was a touchable disease, no one was allowed to do the cremation. But Rising Youth Support has done cremation work for all the dead patients. And we also help needy and poor people to do cremation of their dear ones. And if an orphan human being or a lonely human being dies, we arrange all the necessary things for his/her cremation work. And then our members do all the procedures. In our locality, this deed is only done by our Rising Youth Society.
Emergency Medical Service
The poor, disadvantaged, and aboriginal people are not getting health care due to the lack of hospitals in their locality and lack of facilities too. A maximum of them die because of no treatment as they can not admit to the hospitals for their cutthroat charges. That is why Rising Youth Society has arranged an emergency service for all needy people. Where we provide emergency ambulance, emergency medical support, and emergency oxygen support. We also help people to be admitted to a reputed nursing home when their condition is serious.
Senior Citizen Caring Home
Nowadays, old people are getting neglected by a maximum of people. In our busy lives, we somewhere forget to take care of the older generation. Though they need proper care and treatment the most. So Rising Youth Society has a home for taking care of elder people. Where yoga classes and spiritual events will be organized by the home. We will make sure to give them health checkups weekly. And treat them like a family. Required medicines will be provided too. We feel happy to see them happy.
Humanitarian Event Management
In our society, there ate many poor children, and poor people, fighting for survival. They are suffering from malnutrition, poverty, disease, and many other things. They never are a part of any happy occasion and felt happy and special. For these needy and poor people, Rising Youth Society organizes events to make them happy. Our NGO arrange food, place, gifts, etc for them. This is how we try to solve their problem for one day.
Blood Donation Camp
The purpose of our blood donation camp is to supply an adequate quantity of blood to save the lives of many due to an increasing need for blood donors with the growing population and advancements in the medical field. Since blood cannot be manufactured in a factory, we are all aware of its value. The human body is the only source. Many people with chronic illnesses and accident victims require blood. We tend to spread awareness that how important it is to donate safe blood and how it helps to save lives in the time of emergency.
Our members set up blood donation camps and ensure that all the protocols are being followed by the donors. Later on, specific staffs come to pick up the collected blood for their hospitals. We also have some refreshments set up in our campgrounds. These blood samples are sent to several government hospitals where blood is scarce for the underprivileged.
